    Good to know

    Can I sell the same item by the box and by the piece?

    Yes. Give the item a pack unit (for example a box of 100). Sell either on the same invoice; stock is kept in pieces.

    Can clinics and hospitals have different prices?

    Yes. Put each customer on a tier and set a price per tier on each item; the right price fills in when you choose the customer.

    Does Pebble track expiry dates?

    Yes, batch and expiry tracking can be switched on for your business.

    Do I need to buy a computer, a machine or a server?

    No. Pebble runs in the browser on the phone, tablet or computer you already have, and as an app on Android. A receipt printer is optional.

    Can it handle more than one branch or warehouse?

    Yes. Each location keeps its own stock and cash, you move stock between them with transfers, and every report can be read per location or for the whole business. Staff can be limited to the branches they work in.

    We sell a lot on credit. How does Pebble help with recovery?

    Every customer has a running ledger. You can set credit limits that warn or block, payment terms that give every invoice a due date, and see overdue and due-this-week amounts on the dashboard and the owner app.

    We manufacture what we sell. Does Pebble cover that?

    Yes. Define a recipe for each product, record production runs, and Pebble takes the raw materials out of stock, adds the finished goods and works out what each one cost to make.

    Is my data safe, and is it private?

    Each business's data is kept apart from every other business at the database level, and every change to sales and purchases is recorded with who made it. We never charge on your sales, so we have no reason to watch them.

    Can my staff use it in Urdu?

    This page and the demos come in Urdu, and Pebble can be set up with Urdu wording for your team.
