This Privacy Policy explains how Pebble ("Pebble", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Pebble mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Pebble is a business-management application that lets you record sales, manage products, customers, suppliers and purchases, and view reports.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and name, used to create and secure your account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email) to authenticate you.
• Business data you enter — the records you create in the app, such as products, sales, customers, suppliers, purchases, and related notes. This may include information about your own customers (for example, a name or an outstanding balance) that you choose to record.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and performance/diagnostic data that help us find and fix problems. We configure diagnostics to avoid collecting the contents of your business records.
• Technical data — limited device and log information needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service, including signing you in and syncing your data.
• To generate your receipts, invoices, and reports.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve reliability and performance.

How information is shared

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — authentication (Amazon Cognito), hosting, and database storage.
• Sentry — crash and diagnostic reporting.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We use access controls and keep each business's data separated so that one account cannot access another's. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data; we will do so unless we are required to retain certain records (for example, for legal or accounting purposes).

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

Children

Pebble is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
